Ameta AS (org. no. 999 230 857) is the data controller for personal information collected via ameta.no. We are located at Kjøita 40, 4630 Kristiansand, Norway.
2. What data we collect
We collect the following information:
- Contact form: Name, email, company, and message content you send us
- Analytics tools: Anonymized usage data via PostHog (page views, clicks, device information)
- Technical: IP address, browser type, operating system
3. Why we collect data
- To respond to inquiries you send us
- To improve the website and user experience
- To understand how visitors use the website
4. Legal basis
We process personal data based on consent (contact form) and legitimate interest (analytics to improve the service).
5. Sharing and data transfers
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use PostHog for analytics, hosted on EU servers (Frankfurt), ensuring data remains within the EEA. PostHog processes data as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement in accordance with GDPR.
6. Storage
Contact information is stored as long as necessary to follow up on the inquiry, normally up to 2 years. Analytics data is anonymized after 90 days.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you.
